Ordered my pizza and was told it was about at 30min wait that's fine go in to pick up my pizza and stood in the front of the store for 10min and no one came to the front, not only that one of the cooks or pizza makers Ignorantly stood talking on his phone is spanish while I was standing there you would think he would go grab someone and let them know I was there.. No so I get home and call back and let them know I was in there waiting and the excuse I got was ridiculous. I should receive no excuse who runs a business with no staff up front. Walk past there all the time and there is always staff text and what not, 2nd time with this issue will not be return here anymore

This use to be the place to get authentic Chicago style pizza. There were times I lived on this for weeks... The quality and service has declined a great deal over the last five (5) years to the point that it's just another fast food, get your order & get out of there, carry-out storefront non-owner supervised business writeoff to the IRS. The quality suffers. If you can get to the counter through the "legal aliens" hanging out inside and out, you might get your order warm after finding someone who speaks English. Just a shame as it was one of the top pizza places for the "burbs" in the past.

Their pizza can run from 'out of this world!' good to pretty disappointing. Sometimes overcooked. Sometimes crust is too thick and doughy. And then...just when I'm about to give up on them, I get a pizza that could have come out of heaven!
