Provided by YP.comIf I could give this company negative stars, I would. I've had service set up TWICE through the Home Depot extended warranty plan and BOTH times they called me back AFTER the service was scheduled to tell me there isn't a tech available for the time and day.
Not only did that upset me, but when I asked what can be done to get someone out, the lady on the phone said that it wasn't her problem. I obviously was upset and said this was unacceptable (loudly) and she said it's not her fault and that SHE didn't like MY tone.
Never, never, never use this place. They are terrible.
