I was very happy with Obrian very quick,knowledgable,courteous service

Our heat went out last night on one of the coldest days of the year. I called a different company first and the guy tried to tell me that they wouldn't be able to get the part and we would need a new furnace. A neighbor had suggested I called O'Brien and I am so happy I did. I called after hours and within 20 minutes had a call back. We opted to get space heaters for the night and have them come out the next morning. Gary came out and was nice enough to call me 30 minutes before he anticipated to be there. That way I was able to work and not waste a whole vacation day. Gary got there found the problem right away and got working. Very nice and trust worthy business and reasonably priced.

Thank You Very Much for coming out and fixing our furnace. I wasn't there but when I came home from work I woke up my husband and asked him how it went" He told me how you worked onit and had it going in no time and that what we thought we had to spend to get it fixed was not what you charged us For that I Thank You and you will be the one we call first, when we need help. We had our furnace blower motor go out and called on a Saturday morning. Within an hour of our call Gary, the owner, showed up with a new motor and in a short time the repair was complete. He did only what was needed to repair the furnace and did not try to sell us something we did not need. Fast, courteous service at a fair price, Highly recommended
