Provided by YP.comI just got off the phone with this company. The woman who answered the phone was very short and rude. I was appalled at how she carried herself. If I hadn't truly needed the chemical for my water softener, which they don't supply, I wouldn't have stayed on the phone with her as long as I did.
My suggestion to this company would be to retrain your employees. You only have one chance to make a first impression. This woman failed your company miserably. Good luck to whoever encounters this company.
