This is a really fun place. There are not many places that make their own chocolate. It is fun with a really nice variety. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I even took a class. I took the Warming up with Chocolate class which taught me about making hot cocoa and chocolate and even how to make home made marshmallows! It was a wonderful treat this winter.

No matter what kind of candy or chocolate you are looking for Allo! Chocolat has it. Old fashioned candy-it's there. Truffles-it's there. Chocolate covered whatever-it's there. Carrie is wonderful and always helpful and her staff are awesome. Stop in and check it out, if not for yourself, think about gift ideas.

Best truffles and other chocolates in Waukesha area!

Excellent chocolate and excellent customer service. They can make almost anything you ask for. I get turtles almost every time I'm in there, and I don't even usually eat nuts.

All around, a wonderful shop.

We love Allo Chocolat. I buy truffles there every holiday for my mother in law and my son loves their collection of "retro" candy. Wonderful to have such great chocolates locally!

My family loves Allo! Chocolat. There's so much to choose from. On Friday nights in the summer, we head over there for ice cream. I also love that they have candies organized into different decades. My daughter had a 50s sock hop for her birthday party last year, and I was able to head over there and pick out a bunch of candy for the party. It's hard to find a good candy store that has some of everything, so we're lucky to have one so close to home.

Allo has always had great quality chocolates and candies when my wife and I have gone. Their truffles and old school candy are some of our favorites. All of the friends we have sent there have never been disappointed.

I bought some nice German chocolate from thier shop for my step dad's birthday. He is from Europe. When he opened the presents he saw that all of the chocolate's were expired and tasted funny. The manager told me that chocolate doesn't go bad but i tasted it and it expired in may and we ate it in October. It was bitter and horrible. She gave me a bs excuse and said that they really shouldn't take it back because we opened it. What a waste. I spent 50 dollars in her store and i got nothing in return. Wouldn't reccomend it.
