I buried my Expedition 100 fee down an incline off I-43. I called Elder's avid 20 minutes later Randy was on scene. It was a tricky winch job in the rain and during rush hour. He pulled it out quickly and with no damage. He then blocked th right lane of traffic with his truck so my girlfriend and I could re-enter traffic safely. I pulled off the hey because my truck was running odd, Randy followed me off the exit and was able to troubleshoot the problem with my 4-wheel drive on the spot so I could drive home safely. He was a complete class act. I highly recommend Elder's to anyone who needs a tow truck in the Waukesha area!

My problem with Elder exists out of their process more than people. People while professional are very mechanical and lack empathy. The process allows them to do what ever they want with your vehicle with no repercussions. I was told by operator 101 that all off my belongings were crushed with my vehicle and that certified letters were sent to my address on record. Doesn't matter that I was moving to Wisconsin and the accident happened before that could be accomplished. One small check and they could have seen that my address was in fact here in Wisconsin and no longer in Ohio. Again the process, but the issue here is several important things were in my truck, lets focus on just 1. My Ipod, which again according to operator 101 was crushed with my truck, magically appears on find my phone. So obviously the contents of my truck were pilfered before it was crushed. This is just my opinion but a very dishonest business this is and I would never use them for anything let alone car repair.

My 77 year old Mother was in a car accident and her car was towed to Elders. She called the next day and was told there was nothing to do until the insurance company came and looked at the car. She assumed they were an auto repair shop. They did not mention that there was a daily storage charge of $45. The police report took over a week to obtain and by the time I was able to get her over to Elders they charged her $1,000 for storage and towing and it turns out they do not repair cars. When I questioned why they did not advise her that they were charging storage when she called they informed her that it was not their responsibility to inform her of anything. They were extremely rude and unwilling to negotiate the charges. I highly recommend that if you need your car towed do not allow Elders to be your service.

Fair price. My wife and I have brought our cars to elders for years. Its hard to find a shop you can trust. These are the good guys. They have saved us from spending too much on unnecessary repairs more than once. Very sharp, honest people.

Very professional, pleasure to deal with and they have a big landoll trailer.
