that were valuable ,
This course will change your whole way of thinking about yourself, incuding self talk,self esteem issues, reactions to anger, and more.
The instuctor's are courteous and knowlegeable and the atmophere is realaxed.
The educational material alone carried it's weight and the added suggestions of further reading were extremely helpful.
