Franklin Finance helped me start rebuilding my credit. I have HORRIBLE credit and was just glad to have a company give me a chance to finance on my own. I got a decent car for a decent price. The whole process was pretty much a breeze. From the moment I entered the office they were very nice and helpful. At the closing she explained the contract fully and I was unsure about some products but she happly took her time to explain it to me. Also gave me the option of cancelling on the spot or within the 30 days. She was VERY thorough with all the paper work. She answered all the questions I had for her. When she gave me her copies she gave me her buisness card (she was the branch manager) and said If I had any questions to feel free to call her. She was very helpful. She made this experience hassel free and Im almost done paying for my car and rebuilding my credit. I would recomend this srvice to those trying to find a bank who would give them a chance!
