Tom came out to chlorinate our troubled well. He replaced some out of date fittings, resealed the vermin cap and throughly explained how to purge and retest the well myself to save a little money. He even did a follow up call to check how everything turned out. Thank you Tom! MD 8-19-15

I needed the control panel for my well pump fixed. Problem happened on a Saturday. Called Tom and he came out within 45 minutes. He was upfront with the price, what needed to be fixed and did the repair in minutes flat. He also checked the rest of my system to make sure there wasn't an underlying issue causing the problem being fixed. Tom is very professional, honest and fair priced. Tom replaced our well pump in June 2009 and our well tank in May 2014.



Tom is a professional: honest assessments, knowledgeable solutions, accurate estimates, and excellent work.



When our new well pump malfunctioned in 2010, Tom arrived to replace the pump the following day no cost to us.



Tom patiently explained well mechanics to this Hawaii girl (very few wells--hard to dig through solid lava) and patiently explained said mechanics again to a lively 4 year old while I cared for my young baby. I appreciated his kindness.



I trust Tom and his opinion so much, I've asked him to recommend other repairmen.

Our well pump kept tripping he circuit breaker so we called Freedom Pump & Well Service to come out and check it. Tom Neary came out the same day. He did a thorough inspection of our system and found more then one issue with our system, he tested all the wiring and gave us a very reasonable estimate to repair our system. WVS 01-08-2014 It was the coldest day of the year, -14 degrees ambient with -20 to -30 below windchill!

Our pump decided it had enough and just stopped working.

I called around and ended up talking to Tom who was willing to come out even at those temps! I really did not expect him to come out and diagnose/repair at such temperatures but he just said "A person has to have water" and came out the following morning.

I am a person that likes to ask questions and Tom was more than willing at giving answers.

He did a very professional job and we had running water again the same day, turned out to be the pump and at those subzero temps it is not a job I would not want to be doing outside!

Tom went the extra mile when it came time to check everything out, including checking/adjusting the pressure tank.

Due to the condition of our water (nothing to do with the pump replacement), Tom ended up having to come back twice to take a water sample with no complaints

He has my highest recommendation.

Our well pump went out on a Tuesday night at 9PM. We waited until 7AM to call Tom and he was there by 9:30AM. He did the job on a cold, rainy day. It was done by 5PM. No issues. Did the water test a week or so later and again no issues. I would recommend him to anyone out there.

I called Freedom Pump & Well Services because my water pressure was extremely low. Tom came out right away and checked on the things that could be wrong in house first. It turned out that the well pump was bad. Tom replaced the well pump and our water pressure was better than ever. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. Tom is the kind of knowledgeable, straightforward, honest professional that you don't see too often these days. If I could give this company more stars, I would!

On a hot and humid July 3, 2011 we discovered we had no water pressure from our well. That meant no showers, no doing dishes, no watering the garden. I looked for a company that night that could maybe help us.

I contacted Tom at Freedom pump & Well Services on July 4 at 10am. Tom said that he could be at our place within 1 hour. I told Tom that I cannot afford to pay him to come out on July 4th. He told me that his rates are the same 365 days a year. Tom is very knowledable and answered all of our questions. Within 1 hour we had running water. Tom put a new pressure switch on the pressure tank.



Tom also advised us to replace the pressure tank within a few months since the one we have is old and not working at 100%. I wouldd recommend Freedom Pump & Well Services to family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.

I needed to call Freedom Pump & Well Services in early April 2013. Tom has done work for me on my property in the past. My problem was our well was pumping very dark water. Within 3 hours of my call to Tom, the problem was corrected.
