We've been with Hopson for 10 plus years and have never had a problem. The customer service rep was always pleasant when we call. We put out a lot of decorations for the holidays and the driver has always been careful taking the hose through them so not to ruin them. I'd recommend them to anyone

Despicable!!! This company deserves ZERO stars. We have now had several deliveries over the past year in which special instructions were given regarding delivery. One issue is the fact the I am in a wheelchair and asked for a call before delivery to make sure that I am in the house and not outside with our dog. There has never been a call to let me know when to expect them/ The second issue is that after several attempts of asking them NOT to back into our drive which goes up the hill and has a sharp turn, but that is ignored also. The third issue is payment. We have ALWAYS paid by check to get the 5% discount, and there has NEVER been an issue of them getting an NSF check, but today, we were informed that we have to come into the office to fill out a credit app, so they insisted on getting our credit card number. When the oil was delivered, the driver who was not supposed to be here until next week, left a bill in the door. When dealing on the phone with this company, be prepared for rude, discourteous behavior with a huge dose of attitude! We were made to feel as if we were asking for the moon to have a pre-call for my safety because 90% of the customers don't have this "problem". Highly discriminatory don't you agree? This was our last dealing with this company, and I suggest that you go to one of the competitors that gladly follow instructions

We have been a customer for 10+ yrs. Love them.. we ran out of fuel and they delivered by 830 am the next day.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Heres one I never heard of before, I needed fuel oil delivered and when they tried to deliver they didnt have the right nozzle, so they left and charged me $60 ....... and I didnt get get any oil........

Wow what a way to make money, dont bring the right equipment and still get paid......



I will never use this company again and will pass this information on to anyone I talk to

Rude!

They are the incredibly rude! I am/was a new customer and I had a simple billing question. The rep was rude and condescending and I have decided to take our business to one of the other providors instead.
