I purchased an IMG chair in 2018. The chair headrest has never worked. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with customer service. It took months to “get a part”. that wasn’t the right part. Finally was able to speak with Kevin in the corporate office who promised a call no later than 2/25/2020 with a resolution. Never received that call and my messages go unanswered.
IF YOU W WANT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE SPEND YOUR MONEY AT STEIHAFELS. OBVIOUSLY THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE COMES FROM THE TOP EXECUTIVES AS THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM HAVE ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
