Sunset Heights Apartments 1926 Madera Street, Waukesha, WI 53189 Phone / Fax: (262) 547-9764 18 units of subsidized rental housing for senior citizens age 62 and older in a secure three story building with an elevator located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Tenants pay just 30% of their income for rent. All apartments are one bedroom apartments that include both a kitchen with appliances and a full bathroom. A fully wheelchair accessible apartment is also available. Gas heat and gas hot water is included with the rent. Residents of the apartment complex are able to utilize on-site amenities which include coin-operated laundry facilities, a community room, tenant storage lockers, and free off-street parking. This apartment complex also includes a secure main entry and on-site resident management.
