This is our second hot tub from Swimming Pool Services, first in 1999 and this year 2018. Both transactions were positive all the way through from purchase to delivery and follow up. Drew Klink helped us determine the best spa for us -- right size and number of jets. Drew came with the delivery team and give us lessons on running the spa. We are enjoying our hot tub -- everyone over 40 should have one -- relaxing, great stress reliever -- also fun time to spend with spouse or family. We recommend Swimming Pool Services -- we shopped several other vendors -- for us, best price and quality was Swimming Pools Services.

Bradford and his crew came to my home and opened up my pool for the summer. They were very kind and courteous. They even had to work in the pouring rain and it was 40 degrees out. But that didn't stop them from working hard and doing a great job.

We have been very disappointed with the quality of our in-ground liner installation. Liner has been pulling out of the corners of the pool since shortly after installation and is now wrinkling across the bottom. Inconsistent follow-up and unclear ownership between service and installation departments. No permanent solution yet after multiple requests and follow-up.

I would never trust what the service or sales staff had to say. They are only interested in selling chemicals at a premium. They took advantage of my wife and I. We were new to having a pool and the sales staff told my wife to pour 22 gallons of shock into our pool. We didn't know any better because we trusted these people and come to find out after consulting several other pool supply stores this is more chemecial than should have been used all year. After confronting the sales staff with this information the only thing they would say is we did what was required. A week after putting the chemical into the pool the clorine level is at 9 parts per million. I wouldn't trust this place with my pool.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! FIRST I HAD TO LET JEFF THE OWNER KNOW MY POOL LINER WAS IN BY PROVIDING HIM WITH A TRACKING NUMBER AND LET HIM KNOW WHICH ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES SIGNED FOR MY POOL LINER. THAT WAS A WEEK AFTER THEY RECEIVED IT!!!!! WHEN I CALLED TO SEE WHERE IT WAS HE HAD NO CLUE HE SAID HE WAS WAITING FOR IT!!!!! SECOND I WAS OVERCHARGED ON MY BILL BY $200.00 FOR THEM REPLACING A BROKEN LENS ON A LIGHT FIXTURE WHICH I HAD NOT ASKED THEM TO DO AND WATCHED THEM PUT IT IN WHICH TOOK FIVE MINUTES. THIRD, I LEFT JEFF THE OWNER THREE VOICE MAILS BECAUSE MY LINER WAS NOT PROPERLY TUCKED IN AROUND THE EDGES AND THEY NICKED IT PUTTING IT IN, NOT TO MENTION ONE OF MY JETS IS MISSING AND THE OTHER ONE THEY USED THE OLD BROKE ONE AGAIN AFTER I WAS PROMISED NEW HARDWARE WITH LINER PURCHASE.. FOURTH, FINALLY WHEN JEFF DID RETURN MY PHONE CALL (AFTER ME COMPLAINING TO SECRETARY) HE WAS VULGER AND HUNG UP PHONE. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE GUYS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Swimming Pool Services installed our pool in 2004. We did a bit of research and thought we new what we wanted. Dave and his brother Jeff made sure that we really got what we needed. We love our pool and some of the features that they included are features that we couldn’t live with out. They knew what we needed and didn’t let us find that out after we had our pool complete. We have had a few occasions where we needed them to help us and they were there without question standing behind their work. I can say that my pool experience has been a very good one because of the company I choose.

We have been very satisfied customers for 6 years now. Every week we bring in our water sample and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Whenever we have had any issues, Swimming Pool Services has taken care of it quickly, efficiently, and reasonably. We also purchased a TEC grill from them that we are extremely happy with. We cannot say enough about the service we have received.
