Had Parkland Electric add some outlets. A few days later, turned on the air; it kept tripping the circuit. Had a phone conversation with Dennis (owner) during which he stated he was certain it was nothing they did and it was not an electrical issue. Told me to call an HVAC company to fix the air conditioner. I asked him to send someone out to double check that it wasn't an electrical issue. It was not until after I advised him that I would call a for a second opinion that he agreed to send someone out to take a look. When the electrician came, he commented about what a long drive it was (20 minutes). He spent 5 minutes taking a look at the box and less replacing what was apparently a defective circuit breaker. He was also very rude when leaving. We received a bill for the defective circuit breaker. I do not recommend this company to others due to both the reluctance of them to come and recheck their work, and also the way they treat their paying customers.

Called looking for possible problem with my outlet. Explained solution over the phone and saved my money.
