I've been taking my recyclable metals here for the last eight years. The front line guys who weigh your materials in have always been more than accommodating. They are very knowledgeable. I've dealt with almost all of the Milwaukee area dealers, and Waukesha Iron and Metal has consistently paid top dollar. The smiling faces at the pay window are always a pleasant sight! I wouldn't pay too much regard to the negative comments that we've seen:)

I HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS THE PREVIOUS PEOLE THAT WROTE REVIEWS.

I had the same problem as the other person who gave them a rating. I was cut off as soon as I asked for a car part with "We don't sell auto parts!" Change the name people, change the name!

I called to find a part and I was immediately cut off in the middle of speaking, "we don't sell used auto parts anymore!" Poor customer service and obviously doesn't update advertisements.
