I've seen John regularly for the last few years during which he has fixed three injuries in one visit each. He ended my back issues as a bonus during one of those visits. So I see him regularly to maintain my physical and mental well-being. He has also offered continued advice on my training contributing to a wonderful health level for a 72 year old.
