Our experience was bad as well. The maintenance is no-existent. the ground is so uneven it is like driving through a minefield of potholes. Be cautious of renting in Waupace, this guy owns most of the units. He now goes under "waupaca self-storage". There are some nice looking new blue units near Q and QQ that have a different owner. I went there and got great service and up to date facilities for a lower cost.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Go to the new ones on the corners of Q and QQ instead. Units are rapidly becoming vacant which is no surprise. Besides the owner being a complete creeper, the units are all banged up, horrible lighting, the parking lot is a nightmare (unless you like bottoming out your vehicle). Our unit leaked, we notified him, and he never returned phone calls. Still is holding our security deposit from 2 months ago. He won't return phone calls. Or respond to emails. Get it? Don't do it.
