I called for pick up 20 minutes for an appointment and was told it would be $8 for the 2 mile drive. The driver was late by 15 minutes and then charged $9. Not impressed.

I was told by people who ride With this cab service that a couple of Miles wouldn't cost me more than six or seven dollars I walked about halfway And was picked up drove the rest of the way which was like a mile and a half and then three miles back to my house They charge me $18 for less than 5 miles I guess I should not have told them that I haven't rode in a cab before .I guess they just take advantage of people who have disabilities That have no other form of transportation because it was a weekend So they can jack up the prices. Make sure before you get in the cab that you asked exactly how much is going to cost Because not very much to some people is a lot to other people!!!

I don't utilize this taxi service but I call to schedule rides for people that do use it. I'm sorry, but if your job is to answer the telephone to schedule rides with customers I think you need to have a better attitude then whoever the man was that I talked to. He was very grumpy, short, and snappy. That is all.

Arrived late, picked up other passengers on the way, then left n turned around to go back for a no-show rider, made me late for work. I called on Monday to set up rides for the whole week for 8am as it takes about 8-12 minutes to get to my job from my house and i work at 8:30. The dispatch when informed i was going to be late for my job n was upset that we had to go back for a passenger proceeded to yell over all the cabs intercom "I don't give a crap turn around we have calls..." Never have I felt so disrespected in a position where I was supposed to be provided with 100% satisfaction guaranteed! Not only did the cab driver feel bad for me so did the 2nd passenger. The dispatch had literally screamed at me through an intercom because I asked the driver if we can go straight to my job so I can avoid being late. I was on time. Polite. Pay in full and a regular customer for about 2 months 5 days a week. I am upset n appalled at the treatment I received from a position of management. If that's how they run the place-you really can't trust the whole company. What kind of thing does that say to other customers? Not a very good way to treat your customers or do business, and I was LATE for work-when I had a half hour before I started to get there. I will never use this cab company again-and would advise you to never. The unprofessionalism shown by the dispatch n a few of their drivers (not the one from today-he was apologetic) is appalling. Comments are inappropriate as well as their language. I know for a fact one driver speeds while driving in the middle of the lane almost hitting a median because putting his money in a money bag immediately is more important than watching the road. He does not buckle drove in the middle of the road several times in traffic and speeds to every stop light to slam on the brakes. His vehicle smells of poor hygiene as he has a foul scent. I would say there is unprofessionaliam shown in 3-4 drivers at this business along with the dispatch. Even if I am a pregnant single mother working a full time job to provide for her family, I have had it with this company. I would rather be 9 months pregnant barefoot in a thunderstorm walking to work in the winter than take this kind of abuse from this company and call them ever again!

What a bad cab

I called these guys on a friday night from campus pub which is my usual hang out, now I dont know what took them so long cuz the driver that picked us up said he had been sitting at the shop for a couple of hours. I would have to say since the many changes to managment at this place I think the employees are confused at what they are suposed to do. I am giving them one star but still think they only diserve half of one
