Not Professional at all!! They won’t come fix anything even after being messaged multiple times so I hope you’re handy, window was broken before I moved in still wasn’t fixed while moving out! Mold everywhere! Spiders in the hallway! All in all not an ideal living situation!

On 2740 Maple Dr. there are still wires that are exposed on the outside of the building and I have pics of this. They are worried about water but not about the kids who play here. What does that tell you. If you have kids don't rent here. I wonder why they wont show the pics
ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY. THEY STOLE MY HOSE LOOK WHERE IT HOOKS UP.

Good luck getting anything fixed, and if you come to visit try not to kill yourself slipping on the ice. They never salt.

If I could give them a negative star rating, I would. Landlord doesn't care about anything that needs fixing and takes his sweet time responding back. We waiting months for new window cranks that never even worked. Mold in the bathrooms. A flea infestation so bad exterminators were called to come in and spray. We had to leave the apartment for this and weren't given even a 24 hr notice. When I called and asked what I was supposed to do with my cat on such short notice, he said it wasn't his problem. He's very rude. Clearly doesn't do background checks on tenants because if he had, the junkies and heroin addicts wouldn't be living next door adding to the flea problem because they won't clean. Spent hundreds of dollars on medicine for my cat but nothing got rid of the fleas. An absolute joke. Charges an insane amount for rent but does NOTHING to keep tenants happy. Renting through these people is the biggest mistake of my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

If you're thinking of renting with Koble Investments... Don't. These guys are crooks, Slumlords, and jerks to boot. They will show you a decent, clean apartment and have you put a deposit down and then put you in a dirty, disgusting apartment without screens and mold growing in every corner. They will then collect money from you at any chance they can. Slap you with a $100 fine for cracking your window because your apartment is 75° with heat turned off. Take money from your security deposit too "fix" things that never worked in the first place. Ignore your complaints of faulty faucets, lack of screens, malfunctioning air conditioning, etc. Go anywhere else.

Renters beware!!! Classic slum lord situation. Do not rent from this crooked operation. Apartments in Schofield WI have black mold, roaches, trash on interior and exterior of the buildings, moisture inside, leaking toilets, hypodermic needles. Filthy rentals, they claim to have over 800 rentals in Wisconsin, they cannot manage maintain what they own and operate. Management is pathetic, classic case of duck and avade when trying to get repairs done and help with the trash they manage. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE IT'S NOT WORTH IT! !

Worst decision I ever made. The landlord is sketchy and sneaky. Before moving in, he promised that everything would be fixed and cleaned. However, when I moved in, it was filthy and disgusting with a horrible odor. Things were still broken and the carpet was so dirty that my feet would turn black from walking on it. There was mold under the sinks but the landlord swore it wasn't and wouldn't get it cleaned. He also gave me the apartment checklist and wanted me to complete it right away with him still there. Usually landlords give 7 days to fill out the form. Like I said before, very sketchy. Also, he said that the neighbors are quiet but I've already had to complain about noise disturbance. I can't wait to move out once my lease is over and will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Currently renting Plover property with Koble Investments, and it's horrible. The lack of care and work on these properties shows. When calls to the landlords happen (if you can get a hold of them which is usually never), the objects requested to get fixed takes months before fixed. We lacked fire extinguishers for over a month, which is always safe (sarcasm). The "secure" buildings aren't secure and random people enter building to harass and steal. When the stealing happened, the landlords said that there was nothing that can be done. Buildings overall plain dirty and loud. The halls used to be white, are now covered with dirty hand prints and dried blood. Since renting with them, we have witnessed drug busts using swat teams and stake outs by cops using our parking lots. They rent to anyone and seem to not care about the background check. Just plain sketchy. Once a nice place, is now the new Plover ghetto. Will be moving out soon. If there was a choice for less than one star, they would get it.
