Horrible customer service from the top down. Rude employees tell you to wait for managers to get off lunch break or come back another day. Have gone elsewhere to buy (News flash: There IS competition!) what I want or need and will not return to this store.

Two big problems when I went. First problem...they were out of shopping carts. Had to use two hand held baskets for groceries. Second problem...the checkout lines. Stood in line for over half an hour. Completely chaotic and disorganized check out process. One line was for express, another line for self check out and another huge line for the regular check out stalls. Lines were so long they converged upon one another, confusion as to which line was which and where lines ended. Will not return ever again.
