I've worked with Realty Dynamics on a countless number of real estate transactions thru the eyes of a buyer, an agent and a lender. I have the utmost respect for Ben Gohlke and his entire team. If you're looking to buy, sell or rent in the Metro Milwaukee area, Realty Dynamics should absolutely be your first call.

Stay away from this company. This company has no customer service at all. They also not on your side. They are on the owner side. I have rented a house a month and half ago from them and I already make my mind that I will not renew my lease. Every time I call them, they are not available. I leave a message but I get no call back at all. I have a question for them to ask since I moved in but I still never get a chance to ask it.



The house has central heating but no central cooling. They never told me that. When I asked them about it. The answer was ya this house used to have one but someone stole the unit so we decide not to put one. When I asked them to put one. The answer was buy a window unit. Every time I asked them about something they tell me to buy it. If I have all this money to buy all these things I wouldn't rent a house instead I will buy one. Remember that get in touch with is so damn hard. They way I communicate with them is through a maintenance contractor. I am using him to pass message to that secret sorority called company.
