Excellent Service. My cut and color is always perfect. Cindy is the best! There is no other I would trust with my hair.

I went to this salon last Friday to get my hair cut by Alicia LaFontaine. After waiting for 30 minutes past my schedule appointment, I sat down with Alicia. I asked her to take a half an inch of the length and long layers the rest of the hair; in other words a simple haircut. Before she began cutting my hair she turned me away from the mirror so that I could not see what she was doing. This should have been my first warning to jump out the chair.

I heard a lot of cutting and when she turned me around to see myself in the mirror my hair was extremely short���at least 5 inches were gone and floor was full of my hair. After explaining to her that I was unhappy with the length, she informed me that she did NOT cut anything of the length. In shock and knowing I was not crazy regarding the length, I left and paid for the haircut.

The next day it was horrible. I could not even fix my hair to make it look right���it did not blend; it was uneven in some areas and was short. Worse part���everyone noticed and tried to console me.

I called Alicia on the telephone the next day to speak to her regarding my hair and to ask for a refund���since she could not replace the hair and now I had to have it fixed. After several attempts to contact her, she finally called me back. She was highly argumentative and insisted that the haircut was good. She offered no refund because she spent her time on cutting my hair. Did I mention part of the time I paid for her to cut my hair she was on her cell phone. I contact the manager of the salon as well to complain���the manager had someone else call me back. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me that the manager to salon did not get involved with her employees problems and offered no recourse.



Please do not go to this salon and if you do pay with a check so that you can put a stop payment on it when they ruin your hair.
