Just not honest. Called the owner and confirmed with him we wanted a new well drilled. He seemed knowledgeable and said it would be about 4 weeks before he could get to us. After four weeks called him back and he acted like he didn't even know who I was. Got him to come out to my house finally and he said I would have to cut down some limbs so he could get to the backyard to drill the well. If I did that he could be here the next week. Got the limbs cut down and he would no longer return my calls. After about 5 days of trying to reach him called him from a different phone. He didn't answer but within 3 minutes I had a call back from him. Told him who I was and he said he had 18 other jobs he had in front of mine now. What happened to four weeks? What happened to next week? If he didn't want to drill my well he could have just said so. It is now the middle of May and I haven't had water from my well since the first of March, and now longer thanks to this guy.

Recently, My well pump stopped working. I called and Beverly answered the phone. She said someone would be able to come out in the afternoon. They arrived after lunch and determined my pump needed replacing. The work was done the same day and I had water again. The workers were curteous and worked quickly.

I have called them for 4 days and I have yet to receive a call back on a quote that was supposed to be emailed to me.

Recently, I called Golden Isles Well Drilling because I was not getting any water in the house. The service man came out to my house and found no electric power going to the well. He installed a new wire and I had water again! The service man Ricky was so nice. I will be sure to call them again.
