They don't listen to customer's suggestions. They play their music too loud so customers cannot carry a conversation without talking loudly. Me and others have asked them to turn it down but they do not. The food on their salad bard is good with the exception of their cinnamon desert squares being hard as rocks and they won't take my suggestion of covering them with a plastic cover like Ponderosa and the Chinese Restaurant does. I have heard other customers complain about them being too hard. Most are returned in the scraps only due to being hard. If they were covered to keep them soft they would taste great.
