Beverly was completely rude and had an attitude with any answer i provided. She spoke to me as if it was common knowledge of Prior Authorizations and scheduling with the therapist and was distastefully abrupt and disgruntled. Every sentence that came out of her mouth was rude and backhanded as if i was making her life inconvenient instead of being helpful with the services i needed. I suggest a week or two off work for her to get a clearer mindset on her job and the services she’s asked to provide and how to do so with a better kinder attitude. I would not suggest this company for your needs
