Provided by YP.comHe doesn't deserve any stars at all but I had to put at least one for the message to save. This man agreed to paing my 65 year old mom's kitchen, dining and living rooms. He was referred by the local Sherwin Williams so she trusted him and his work. She shouldn't have. He did a horrible job, with drips and left all the nail holes unplugged. It took weeks of my calling and leaving messages for him to call me back and agree to fix the pitiful job he did (unfortunately my elderly mom had already paid him without checking his work). He came and filled some holes and promised to return after lunch. He lied. He never returned and never called. He stole money for an unfinished job from a 65 year old woman who had been saving to fix up her house. He's a a man without integrity. Beware.
We did a walk through at the end of the job. It took 30 to45 min. And she liked the job! As for the nails and nail holes. We were told to leave them due to she was going to put the pictures and other items back in the same places. Her son is a general contractor in Plano. And he said the job looked very good and had nice clean staight lines. Her daughter is the only one how had a problem with job. She contacted us 3 months after the fact. And as a man without integity. We did the job so she could afford it. Original bid was 800 more. I guess this is what you get for being nice. Our contract was with the owner not the daughter how stands to inhertite the house!!

Provided by YP.comMr. Simonson quoted $1200 to texturize around new lights in the living room and kitchen, and to paint one wall in the dining room. He requested $600 up-front. He worked 2 days, then disappeared. I had to hire another company to repair the ceiling work done (an additional $400).
The whole dining room was fixed due to homeowner took it apon them selves to take off wall paper and damaged walls. We primed and painted walls. We also textured 3 out 5 areas agreed apon. At the end of the second day homeowner told us they could not afford to do the job for the price agreed on. As for the 600 down pmt. Over half of that went for materials. Mud,Texture,Primer,and paint. So in all actuallity they got there job done cheeper the what we bid it for. What they don't tell you is that we have done 2 other jobs for them. Painted there entire interior and another small project for them.
