This is the kind of shop that will bill you for headlight fluid if they thought they could get away with it, because these guys will take you for all they can get you for. They charge double the actual price of parts right off the bat and then charge obscene amounts for labor and then add administrative fees. I'm a blue-collar kind of guy myself and I will be the last to begrudge someone their just wages because I know what it's like to have people try to wiggle out of paying you for your time and expertise. But these a**holes are only out to rip you off, not actually help you.



They just tried to charge me $90 to change an upper radiator hose my my 99 Ranger. It's a $15 part from AutoZone that sits on the very top of the engine and is held on by two hose clamps. It's a 5-min job for any untrained 12 year-old with a screwdriver and a pair of pliers. This is on top of the $350 they want to put in a $45 pump plus extra for flushing the system, which is just part of the job, all totaling $640 for a 2-hour job.

This place has the worst customer .service of any garage.

I took my 07 Chevy to this Firestone shop 7-12-09 to see if they could help me with my low beam head lamps which would not come on. When I pulled up to the shop I noticed there were about 3 or 4 techs on duty. There was only 2 others customers there. The man behind the counter greeted me and I told him my problem. He told me that he had a tech that could help me but it would cost me $96.00 an hour minimum if they found what was wrong with my car. I know that I'm ugly but I'm not stupid. There is no way I am going to pay someone $96.00 to try and find out this problem with my car if it took them 5 minutes or 60 minutes. With today's technology and the way the economy is I belive this is a rip off deal. I will never go back to this shop and I will make sure my friends and neighbors know Firestones stores just want your money not your business.
