Provided by YP.comMy daughter visits her boyfriend here and her car was parked in their lot for about 3 hours last night and was towed. She wasn't parked in a paid parking spot, she was in a regular space, and not parked over the line. There is nothing in their lease or anything posted on the gates or in their parking lot stating that you need a sticker to park in the lot. After discussions with the towing company and the apartment manager (Lisa) it sounds like the companies are in bed with each other to make some extra money. I had to drive 45 miles to a lot in North Dallas to pay $314.95 to get her car just 13 hours after it was towed!!!!!! They will be hearing from my attorney!

Provided by YPmobileHorrible place!! Management is rude and will tell you one thing and do another! They come into your apartment without telling you! If you get home after 6 don't plan on having a parking spot unless u buy their $40+ covered spot or a garage! You have to ask multiple times to have maintenance come, but they will tell you that they didn't know. When maintenance does come make sure you tell them EVERYTHING that you need fixing or they won't do it and will make yoy call and put in another work order! The "gym" sucks and half the time stuff doesnt work in there! Sure the apartments look nice but they are way overpriced and not worth it to deal with management! They are super nice at first when you are signing and as soon as you do it goes completely downhill! Find somewhere else to live, spend the money on rent for a house!! I don't even wanna give 1 star

Provided by YP.comThis is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The grounds look nice at first, but the grass is covered in dog droppings because tenants don't pick up after their dogs and the management doesn't make them. The management is horrible. This is advertised as a family friendly place, but my child has been yelled at by the manager three different times for playing in the parking lot. He can't play anywhere else because there is no playground and the grass is covered in feces. The management also lies to tenants. They will say whatever just to get you out of their hair. They also came into my apartment without telling me and moved my personal property! There is not enough parking. Some nights I have to park outside of the community. It's gated and there has been two occasions when they gates would not work so people were stuck inside. Find another place to live. It looks nice here, but after a few weeks you will think otherwise.
