Meh. Nicely priced, and very clean salon. The highlights and cut were poor. I spent almost 4hrs in there. At one point I had to leave the salon, (after being rinsed out) to go pick up my child, with wet hair and return for the cut. When returning, hair still wet, I had to wait again for her to finish cutting her brothers hair before I could complete mine. This was already 3hrs into my sitting in her chair to begin. I liked the cut. The color ran and looks very patchy w/major lines. I do not think I will be returning, or at least to the same stylist anyway. She was very young and had just been certified. Seems to me she shouldn't be left alone right out the gate. A good salon manager would check on her and check on her clients. Esp if they are there for 4hrs.

Recently went to this salon with two of my friends and we were all VERY disappointed. After paying for two manicures, three pedicures, highlights, a blowout, and a brow wax the only thing that ended up acceptable were the highlights my friend received. The manicures were absolute jokes. One coat of polish, no shaping of the nails (I think she tried but I don't know what happened). This was yesterday morning and already the polish is peeling off. After a monstrosity of a French pedicure, I had to have the lady remove it and just do a regular polish instead. All three of us ended up back at the hotel scraping paint off our skin and cuticle of our feet. There was no clean up around the toes AT ALL! The blow out looked ok to me but my friend was not happy with it so I can't comment too much on it. The other reviews here say the service was great but we did not experience the same. Although the women working here were nice, one of them was 30 minutes late that morning and I watched her client just sit there with no apology, no sense of urgency. It was truly like it was normal corse of business for them. My services were constantly interrupted so she could answer the phone. My friend was even asked if she would pay in cash instead of by credit card because the stylist was going on vacation and didn't want to wait a week for the money. We will never consider returning to this salon and were pretty quick to tell the people we knew in Waxahachie to stay away as well. Either the women in the Hatch haven't had the opportunity to experience a well run salon or these ladies were having a really really really off day - I have no other explanation for how they are still in business.

I have been going to this wonderful day spa for over 10 yrs and can't say enough nice things about it. Salon Narcisse keeps up with the latest styles and has the best beauty products (AVEDA)!



Most of all, they have a wonderful, caring and attentive staff who pampers and treats EVERYBODY like family. They genuinely care about people and make one & all feel special. I've seen it and heard it from other loyal clients (really "friends" should be used instead of "clients"). Truly, I always leave the Salon feeling indulged & refreshed.



It is no mistake that Salon Narcisse has been in business for over 10 yrs!

The customer service at this location is outstanding. The hairstylists are #1 for Ellis County and all other surrounding counties. Never have received a bad haircut or style. Highly recommend this location to all!
