Very friendly staff. If you need a loan you need to come here.

Most of the staff is nice except for one lady, she called to try an get me to take out more on my loan, didnt need to but I informed her I would be a day late on my payment for that month, literally one day,and she went crazy on me, I hung up on her, have been paying on time like I always have,even got the payment I thought I was going to be late on paid in time, spoke with another lady to see how much I would be able to loan out again 2 months later and was informed I was red flagged because of my conversation with the crazy lady, which means I am NOT able to take out a loan again, which is not a big deal, but it is very shady on their part to not have informed me of this two months earlier when apparently I was flagged nor had her manager call to get my side of the story . They lost a good customer over a bad employee. In my line of work if I was to speak to a customer the way she did me, I would have been reprimanded, I'm sure it's not the first time this lady has gone off on somebody.
