I went to ten clinic because they rave on their fast same day service. Well, I woke up in the morning feeling horrible and almost immediately my entire body was in pain, I was achy, my head hurt, I was very hot and shaky. I called them and got in almost immediately. Too bad the doctor refused to say I was sick by any means. My temperature was 99.9 and having flu-like symptoms and even telling them I felt exactly the same way I did last year when I got the flu, I am still in utter disbelief when the doctor looked at me and basically told me, "you are fine and not sick at all. You simply are just anxious." Are you serious? Since when did being anxious make you have an elevated temperature and those symptoms. The doctor completely degraded me and basically made me feel like I was crazy for wanting a flu and strep test. He did not even offer me one. Well, not even 24hours later I went to my regular doctor because I was finally able to get in. Turned out, I have strain a of the flu and strain b of the flu along with strep throat. Take note, I felt the exact same when I went to my regular doctor than I did when I went to ten clinic. When I called ten clinic back and told them that I am in fact, very ill, they refused to admit to me that they did anything wrong. In fact, I was told after that, they recommended me to go to a doctor that knew me better. To my understanding, all doctors should have the same medical knowledge but I guess that just isn't the case here. I now am at whits ends because of how awful they made me feel on top of already being sick. I guess I need to remember that it's "just anxiety". Okay, ten clinic. That sounds logical. I would never recommend ten clinic, but if you would like to be demoralized and not even diagnosed, feel free to waste your $75 at this clinic.

Just took my daughter there for treatment of an ear ache. Wow. A $59/month plan gets you office visits for only $10. This covers general family doctor stuff like flu shots, physicals, stitches, etc. Much cheaper than my $900/mo plan that does basically the same thing.



The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the Doctor was excellent. It became apparent to me by the end of the visit that the doctor and his staff care not only about treating the physical condition you came in for, but for all areas of your life. I could not recommend this place more highly. Thank God for medical professionals who put patient's well being above financial gain!
