Bad and extremely rude customer service! We have been a loyal customer since 1980 and today cancelled our subscription after multiple complaints and trying to work with them. Recently they have consistently threw my paper in the street and it was torn up daily by being ran over. After our 4th complaint and 37 YEARS as a loyal customer my father was basically told they didn't need our business. I do not recommend them at ALL!!!

I've signed up for the Sunday only newspaper and rarely receive it. After numerous calls, they mail it to me but never resolve the delivery situation. I call every week and still no paper. Very poor service and no concern when I call. Don;t waste your time with this newspaper.
