Richard Joyce with Best Value Medicare Plans was a huge help for me. He guided me through the entire Medicare enrollment process. All my options were clearly explained and he found me the best Medigap policy. He also enrolled me in a good Part D drug plan and a great dental plan. All this was easily done on the phone. Being an accountant with a CPA designation this told my clients I was committed to education and was an expert with advance training above and beyond regular accountants. So it was important for me to find an agent that had professional credentials in his field where he was giving advice. Very few I evaluated did but I learned Richard is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor through the College of Financial Planning. That gave me the confidence he was an expert and indeed I did find his advice comprehensive. I would highly recommend anyone to use Richard Joyce as their agent.
