I hate to say it but this was one of the worst experiences of my life in trying to get something simple done. The people (when you could get in touch with someone, which wasnt often) were nice but have no concept of customer service. I placed an order in November for 200 small promotional magnets. My credit card was billed within 24 hours and it is now late January and I still don`t have my magnets. This is after MULTIPLE emails and calls (had to leave messages by the way, during normal business hours). I hope other people have better luck with them. Don`t say you were not warned though.
