Terrible service. Terrible meal.
My family and I ordered 2 bowls and a kids cheese quesadilla meal. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for our turn to order our food then the staff wasn't prepared with the ingredients we wanted. We got the fat scraps of pork and the chicken was cold. I asked to have the grilled onions, peppers and queso on mine....the guy didn't even ask if I wanted anything as an option and moved onto the next customer. So I had to ask the next staff member and she only put queso on it and scooted mine over. By this point I was irritated but wasn't going to say anything since I already asked twice. Paid for our food and had to go back to the counter and ask for our drinks and the kids cookie that came with it. Our food was cold, and I could tell it wasn't fresh. I went back up to the counter to tell them both of the bowls were cold and bad and she offered moes cash cards. HELL NO. At that point we just threw away our food and left, never going back there. They weren't attentive and couldn't listen to the things we ordered. Not happy.

Love $5.00 Mondays

I am so hooked. Every chance I get I go to this location. The staff and manager are great. They don't act like they are there just for a paycheck. They seem like they all love their job. Great on everything!!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff.. However, management has let the dining room go.. This is a place where you are hurded about like live stock into a dining room that has chairs that are broken and dangerous to sit in. I personally smashed my finger in one of the broken chairs trying to move up to the table. When I consulted the General Manager Eric Capelli I was advised they do not have the funds inwhich to repair the furniture. My conclusion is that this establishment would rather pile as many people in as possible than take out furniture that is dangerous or broken that can harm its customers.. Management is fully aware that they have furniture out for customers that need repair and STILL allow customers to use them. I would highly not recommend eating here.. Bad managment..

Overpriced

I've only eaten at Moe's once, and my initial impression is that the food is overpriced for what you get. I ordered a steak fajita salad and there were only a few pieces of meat, mostly lettuce. It costs about $8! My husband's burrito was a similar situation: lots of filler (rice, beans) and not much meat. The staff seemed unprepared and disorganized (I had to ask for things several times). The food was good, but not worth the price.
