This is the worst customer service and place of business I have EVER encountered! I am a regular customer only because it's the only Pizza Hut near me. I have had to call back to have my order redone so many times it's unbelievable! Very rarely do they get my order correct. The guy that I have delt with most is Akim, he is the rudest most inconsiderate person , when I have called to let him know my order is wrong, he tried to make me feel like it's my fault, he doesn't apologize for the mistakes and doesn't offer a discount either, he stated just last night to me ( when my pizza was wrong AGAIN) that I was getting my Pizza's remade I didn't need a discount! What about the inconvenience of my family having to wait AGAIN to eat because they got my order wrong! It's not just my orders either. Some of my neighbors have delt with the same problem as I have. How long can this continue? If you are looking for good customer service and your order to be done right the first time this is Not the Pizza Hut to use.
