We heard great thing about TSO, so went all the way to Waxhaw today at lunch to try it out. We saw two young ladies get up from a booth and ask for service when we walked in the door, and they were treated extremely rudely by the hostess. They left without ordering. We weren't sure what had happened, but the hostess promptly sat us and took our drink order and brought us drinks right away. We sat back and took in our surroundings (great decor!) and watched the same very harried hostess/waitress/bartender try to run the place by herself. I'm guessing there was a cook in the kitchen? After 20 minutes of waiting for her to take our order, our hunger got the best of us, so we asked for the tab for our drinks and said waitress literally threw both hands up in the air and slammed them back down on the counter. Then she mumbled, "Don't even worry about it." We then went to Stacks where the service was fast and friendly. This waitress/hostess/bartender was obviously very frazzled for having to do everyone's job by herself. Maybe you need to hire enough people to make the place run smoothly? And maybe Miss hot-temper shouldn't be left with so much responsibility. I give TSO 0 stars.

I have enjoyed this restaurant 6 times this year. I have yet to have a bad experience. Food is great, my kids like it, fried pickles are off the hook! If you dont agree, your just having a bad day.

Huge beer selection that changes with the season. Fresh, fresh, fresh food! I was told the owner make his own marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese! Best I've ever had! EVER!

Food is great for price. People who write reviews think they are eating at ruths Chris. Staff is excellent and fun. I give I 2 thumbs up for a local place.

It was just OK. Nothing special and the food was just OK.

AWESOME! Food was fantastic. Best sandwich I have ever had in my life! Service was wonderful,,very friendly. The bartender even made a martini just for me! AMAZING! We'll definitely be regular customers. Great to have a place this good so close to home.

you might want to get the cook to throw out the green peppers today, 5/15, they're rancid, which made my philly pretty nasty. My husbands pita was stale and crumbling in his hand. We ordered two domestic beers (on special), out of it so we were offered a similar beer which was good, only problem was she neglected to tell us it would be three dollars more. Just a disappointing experience!
