Horrible customer service. The woman who did my alterations was terrible from the start. I had two maxi skirts and asked them to be shortened that I could wear with both heels and flats, but still be long. She was very rude in her tone and insisted it wasn't possible--even though I had them done that way at another dry cleaners--and that I "needed to pick one." . When I went to pick up my skirts today, I asked to try them on. The woman scowled at me and told me I had to pay first before trying on the clothes. I paid and she continued to glare at me the whole time. I told my daughters that we wouldn't come back here. The woman said that was "fine." After I signed the receipt she motioned me to the disgusting room she calls a fitting area. I said no, took my skirts and my girls and left, assuring I'd tell my friends all about the experience.

The review below is obviously a local competitor company because I called these guys and was informed that they were a completely mobile service. My experience was actually quite pleasant. I had them come out and clean my carpets after we moved into our new house and the results came out perfect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RUDE. CLOSED STORE 10 MINUTES BEFORE POSTED CLOSING TIME. WOULD NOT OPEN FOR SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MERCHANT.
