I went to Aaron's to look into getting a stove since mine is older and it needs replaced but I don't have the money to outright purchase one right now.

I was looking at the 3 floor models they had, all had been previously rented, and upon opening one of them over 100 roaches spread everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never enter that store again, I feel sorry for anyone that rents from that location and fails to realize they are taking home more than a piece of furniture!

Find some where else to do your business! I have been a regular customer since I moved here in 2007. I have purchased tv's, riding mowers, living room suits, computers even bunk beds, but that was before this new manager. This guy is so fake! Nice to your face, but shady. The last manager made sure you were pleased before you left the store, never once had an issue with the store or policies when he was managing. I bought a HE washing machine last mo, the contract was for a new one at 900$, the clothes did not come clean, he was insulting, repeating over the phone that no one has ever complained before about the HE, I must not know how to use it and I must have dirty water?! LOL I asked for a new standard washing machine at least 4.0 to replace that one, he sends out a very much so used 3.1 that has black skid marks and dents all over it. When I looked on the web to see the value of washer, it was worth 322$ 2 yrs ago. I called & asked again, he repeated it was a new 3.9 cu ft. No way! So I called today to request they come get it, manager has to approve the return?!! Stay away from this guy!!!
