The food and service are usually good. Recently I drove through and ordered a pulled pork dinner. The pork was very very dry, tough, and very hot. It obviously had been microwaved. The potato salad was not their normal offering. It was strange to say the least. It was grainy as if made from frozen potatoes and tasted as if smoke flavoring had been used or spilled in it. I would have been ashamed to give that food to someone much less sell it.

I travel with my job, and stopped in a Jerry J's restaurant (it happened to be the only one around at the time). I'm so glad I did - the food was great, but the atmosphere and staff's friendliness is what makes Jerry J's stand out. I now go out of my way if I'm the area just to enjoy the food and refreshing atmosphere.
