Our builder highly recommended his business. He mainly had apprentices doing all the work without direct supervision. He raved about using mini splits for our needs. Every one of the units had problems leaking water into the room ruining paint and hardwood floors. it required numerous visit by his inexperienced “team” since they could not solve the issues. Not being able to even work the remotes might of been a hint. His response for not being present to do the work himself or come out after ongoing problems was “ he had a business to run”. It never did end with approriate and professional solution. Just let it out there that if you get the wrong hvac person it will cost you for many years. Thanks guys.

Save your money pick someone off street to do work they do as good. Jim Brown company did the install on my house it has never worked properly and after 4 months and 5 service calls and unit still not working. I called the a/c guys white said this is one of if not the worst install he has ever seen no heating coils so I can expect a cold winter and lines where clogged and very little freon in the system and that this unit may not last long. So after paying for this unit 4 months ago I'm now looking at paying to have another unit installed and small claims court thanks jim Brown

I have used Jim Brown for years, and so did my parents, he has always been great when we needed him. One weekend, my heat went out, it was a bitterly cold weekend. He came out, and worked on it way into the night, to make sure that my "little baby boy" and I were kept warm! He and his workers have always been pleasant, and behaved like gentlemen. I have never known anything at all like the mess that was said below, and as I stated: my family and I have used Jim Brown Heating & Air Conditioning for years.

Very pleasant at first...alarms should have gone off earlier, sent unlicensed installers and was never on the job himself.His worker bad talked him and one worker was bragging about his time in prison. The job was horrible! Had crossed and compressed soft ductwork re-routed. severe dead zones with no supplied air to ducts. To top it all, he demanded more money! Brought in a second HVAC company to figure out his mess $$$$$. Run from this guy!
