Medical Innovations Inc., wonderful idea, however management is somewhat suspect and unprofessional. The "Medical Waste Machine" is not sold with proper instruction on the equipments use. Management is not helpful and rather hostile in trying to explain product use and failures. The cost is beyond the products safe and effective usefulness. This product does not deserve a professional endorsement and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. The company, staff and product fall short of acceptable.
