Employee was rude and talked to me like a child when I refused additional coverage. I asked questions after denying the coverage and was dismissive of my questions He rudely told me that are accidents on the highway. No really, I was unaware! Second bad experience. Last year they refused to help jumpstart my truck.

BUDGET COMPANY POLICY: They only offer pick up if you live 1 mile away. If you live one mile away, then you could just walk there, so really, you could say that pick ups exclude everyone else in wayne, except the train station and businesses on route 23
