Terrible billing practices, staff not helpful at all on the phone. Father was transported by them in rehab. He never asked for them and rehab arranged the transport. He has full insurance coverage and they aren't covered some how. They continued to bill him and they advised me to take it up with the facility. Its yours and the rehab facility's job to figure out if you take his insurance, not the sick old guy with dementia. Will report to the Better business bureau
