This company is tremendously excellent. They were promptly on time, cordial and professional. The two workers, Said and Dominican, came in, explained what they were going to do and started to work. They were excellent hard workers.They took pictures of the before and after results. They were very careful not to make a mess and even more careful with the machine carrying it in and out.
Then their supervisor came later to make sure that everything was under control. Riaz was very professional and easy to talk to.

We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Now the air in our house smells clean and light. Thank you, Said, Dominician and Riaz!!

Great experience and excellent company to deal with. The workers were very friendly and understanding. They arrived on time and did a great job with preparation by covering the nearby area prior to cleaning the vents. They also made sure to clean up properly after completing the work. They even explained to me what they were doing step by step throughout the whole process. All of my questions were answered. I am very happy with the service from Duct Technology. Highly recommend!

Made my appointment on 9/13/2016. I informed the lady (Denisa, thick accent difficult to understand) that I can only make appointments on Saturday or after 3pm. She stated that she had no weekends available until mid Oct., but she said that she would be able to have the technicians at my house between 4 to 5pm on Thursday 9/22/16.

Fast Forward to 9/22/16. I called the office and the same woman answered. I wanted to confirm that they were still coming at 4pm. She advised me that they would be there between 5 to 530pm. At 320pm, I receive a phone call from the technician asking where am I. I informed him that I was 20 minutes away and would be there shortly.

Shortly after, I receive a phone call & she asked to reschedule. I informed her that she told me my appointment was changed to 5 or 530pm. SHE BEGAN TO LAUGH and stated that I would have to reschedule. HORRIBLE customer service in the office. Very unprofessional & the lady does not know how to properly schedule appointments.

The guy's a scammer. He pretends to be an employee but he's really the owner of this operation. He BS'd me on needing to clean the cooling coils and ended up charging me double the advertised price. Cut out the sides of the duct for no reason and left a mess with the metal pieces from all the drilling on the ducts! After the service, my ducts started to make loud noises because they messed with the ducts! DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET!
