Wow where do I start?!!! I saw this salon on a groupon for a yearly package and decided to buy it as it was suppossed to include a bunch of treatments that I usually get done. (hair, color, facial etc) My first visit to get my hair done they put me with Lauren. After getting my highlights done I was not satisfied with her performance and later come to find out that she does not really have much experience! So basically on my first visit there I get stuck with an amateur that doesn't really know hair too well or the process of getting highlights versus a single process etc! I went back again and still the job that was performed was not met up to standards. I keep giving this salon a chance and its a waste of money and time! I then went to get my micro facial from the owners wife and she took not even 15 minutes to do it and used products on my face from Harmon! Not salon based products that a normal salon would use! They are scammers and try to get over on clients by using crappy products and charging a fortunate. God forbid you also dont tip enough for their poor service and they will let you know about it! I can't believe how unprofessional this salon is and the lack of service they provide. Stay far away from this place as now I am stuck in this yearly contract with them and havent used hardly any of the services as I dont want her touching my face!

My experience at your salon was very nice.The salon was beautiful, everyone was so nice, and my hair has never looked so good.I have been telling everyone about your place and I hope they all come. THANKS AGAIN!

My friend told me about this place and said it was incredible.she was so right.i have never been to a place like it before.The stylists were so knowledgable and informative and it was the friendliest salon i have ever been to.My stylist annabelle was incredible and my experience was one i will tell everyone about.

Secrets has the BEST stylists and the GREATEST ambience we've ever been to. Secrets Salon had a free haircut month, so my husband and I thought let's try it out. Things are tough for us and if we had to make do with beginners, then so be it, we don't have alot of money right now with him being laid off. Boy were we wrong! We we walked in, the salon is gorgeous, we were treated like royalty, they asked us if we wanted coffee or cappacino, hung up our coats, and even offered us a Mr. Cupcake cupcake! Then my husband's stylist Dave took him over for a consultation, that was a first for him. He loved it. Then the assistant shampooed him and brought him back to Dave who went on to give me the best hair cut my husband has ever had in his life! He looked so great, Dave told him what products to use to get the most out of his cut and to take the extra minute to finish his look. My husband felt GREAT! Later on me we learned Dave was an International Hair Educator and Top Stylist. Then I had my cut with Gina, a beautiful stylist who really took the time to ask me what I wanted and what I wanted to get out of my hair. She treated me so sweetly and her cut was incredible. And the end of our visit we looked like we were ready to paint the town red and we got free Unite and Kenra products for us to take home. Never once did we feel like we were getting a free service, we were respected and treated so great from the first to last minute at Secrets. What a great feeling, when everyone is looking out for themselves, Secrets Salon gave back and now they have two loyal clients forever.
