Wayne Hills High School is a four-year college preparatory high school offering education to students in grades nine through 12. The school offers educational programs in various subjects, including world languages, social sciences, science, language arts and mathematics. Additionally, it provides courses in other subjects, such as foreign languages, fine arts, and business, technology and physical education. The school also provides various athletic programs, such as cheerleading, cross country, field hockey, football, gymnastics, soccer, tennis, basketball, bowling, ski racing and fencing. It also offers various co-curricular activities and clubs, such as jazz band, drama, theater color guard, student council, Zonta Club, Model UN, the Future Teachers of America and Spanish Club.
