Update: HIPPA VIOLATORS:
My Families Information was clearly visible at the checkout register via a label attached to it. It has been there at least a week if not longer. Stay AWAY from this Pharmacy.

This is the most poorly run pharmacy with the biggest bunch of knowledge-less individuals I have ever seen. Having been a CVS Pharmacy tech myself, we would never leave the register to go run insurance information again, we would have handed off to someone to take care of while helping the next customer.

Service is slow, clueless and often trips are made for nothing. Even when you call ahead to confirm or ask a question, you arrive there and find out the complete opposite of what you just called to confirm is the case.

STAY AWAY from this dump.

I never thought I'd find a CVS I absolutely HATE.

Where do I even begin!?

How about the time I went in and the nice gentleman using the self service photo printer was having some difficulty (as most people do with those stupid things) the woman behind the photo-lab desk was repeatedly shouting the same command over and over again. Finally, the man patiently and respectfully said, my English isn't as good as I'd like it to be (which I thought was much more well spoken than any of the hero scholars @ Wayne's CVS store). She continued to bark out her command, which I'm sure was to push one of the three hundred buttons on the screen. She refused to come around to the machine and help. Another customer ended up taking pity on the poor man that was being abused by the incompetent young lady in the white coat, and helped him. What a delightful memory!

~LET'S TAKE A QUICK WALK OVER TO THE PHARMACY SHAL WE?~

After a total of three experiences I am convinced that behind that pharmacy counter is the birth and breeding place of raw, cold & callas disrespect and disservice. From what I can put together with my 4 years of experience working in a Pharmacy (High School) There is 1 Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist, 1 Pharmacist & 2-3 Pharmacy Technicians on staff back there at any given time, therefore I can't blame all of that frantic shouting and shoving on account of them being understaffed. The charming manager is continuously degrading her staff in front of all of the customers (All your doing is feeding their obvious resentment towards you).

~AND A QUICK WALK BACK TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE~

Never once has a cashier said any of the following to me or any other customer in line (as far as I've seen)
"Thank You"
"Have a great day"
"How are you"
"Good Morning"
"Good Afternoon"
"Good Evening"
"Hi"
"Hello"
"Here is your receipt"

Usually it goes like this:

My items are brought to the front, my total appears on the register display, after a moment of awkward silence (the hole left behind where the proud representative elected not to tell me my total out loud) I hand over my cash
NEXT: (And this is the fun part)
My change and receipt are put on the counter (sometimes handed to me) with a stare that seems to pierce right through my head. No smile, no thank you no nothing... Sometimes the cashier will shuffle to the left or right of me to get a look at the next customer in line...

I would love to get a look at the training video these guys are using!
