Merchandise is beautiful. The flags are beautiful. The young lady in the flag store was very nice and helpful

The staff othewise are condensending and too hypervigilant. It is a store for true Main Line Mavens, those of us new to the area or from south NJ beware.

I agree with the negative staff comments. It is an obnoxious store that violates privacy laws by trying to track all sales. My girlfriend purchased a gift for my aunt, and the item was exchanged, so they wanted to look up all of the names at the party until they new who purchased the gift, before they would exchange it for size. What a hassle and totally obnoxious, and my aunt did not know better and revealed names which violates everyones private information in a store that does not understand customer relationships and courtesy. We told everyone at the party and they are shocked so wil not go to the store again.

I stop here whenever I'm in Wayne. One of the best places to find unique gifts, and the staff is always so friendly!

The best gift shop ever! Friendly staff (and lots of it!) and they know all about the merchandise, which is rare today. I can always count on The Flag Lady to have the latest stuff and fair prices. Great website, too.
