In general, the food is usually pretty good, with the occasional off day. The service is the opposite. Although the employees are generally friendly and try to work quick, it is almost always chaotic. And what you order can be drastically different deepening on who makes it, and on what day.

My most recent disappointments have been with their Cajun Chicken Wrap. I normally love this wrap, although it may have its off day's depending on who makes it (luckily, the cajun mayo makes up for most off days). But, 2 wraps ago I got one very disappointing that was made with a very different chicken; it tasted as if it had been seasoned very differently, and it was very dry. Now, this latest wrap, was completely different! No cajun mayo at all, just day-old taco chicken meat, a completely different wrap, and not at all what I wanted.
I called to question why this was done, or if they had changed the recipe. The boss himself answered and tells me that he instructed his staff to use yesterday's taco chicken meat, and that "you can expect that" sometimes after Taco Tuesdays, "hope it wasn't too bad." That is the MOST unprofessional way to use leftovers, and the MOST unprofessional way to respond to a complaint. I will likely start going across the street to another cafe.
